Announcing: Spring Retreat in the Forest of Dean!

We invite you to join us at the glorious Asha centre, nestled deep in the Forest of Dean near Gloucester for 4 blissful days to recharge and unfurl into the Spring.
I can hardly describe how special this place is. Over this long weekend, join me for 6 nurturing yoga lessons with stunning views across the forest, 3 nights accommodation, optional workshops, meditations, a feast of delicious home cooked (often home grown) food, woodland walks, comfy sofas, and big starry nights around the fire.

the accommodation: Simple, clean and lovely. Asha is home to a grand Georgian  House complete with library, dining room and sitting room with open fire, plus accommodation in the converted out buildings. Most rooms are en-suite and all are situated amongst the beautiful orchards and landscaped gardens that the staff at asha lovingly maintain.

The environment:  nestled in a little valley, surrounded by the Forest of Dean, the Asha Centre was founded by Zerbanoo Gifford a fantastic human rights campaigner. It is a home for empowerment of young people, sustainable development and peace worldwide. Accessible by taxi from Gloucester station, arriving at Asha is like entering another world.

Those completely new to Yoga are encouraged to attend at least 3 classes or workshops with me before you sign up to this retreat.

the food: See reviews! Wholesome, hearty, homemade and plentiful. All diets catered for. Much of produce is Organic, biodynamic and grown at Asha.

To book: This year places are very limited in order to maintain a Covid safe environment. Presently all rooms will be single occupancy or shared if in a bubble. Maximum number of  students will be 12 in order to maintain social distance in the yoga room. If government guidelines prevent retreat or if you test positive for Covid before the retreat a full refund will be available. Contact me for further info, to book your place and with any questions. AUTUMN RETREAT 2019.

This October we’ll be returning to the gorgeous Legerwood Steading in the Scottish borders for “Turning” Yoga Retreat 2019.

The accommodation; newly reburbished farmhouse steading, open airy and spacious. All bedrooms with lovely ensuites. Sharing or single occupancy available.

The environment; Scotland in early Autumn is my favourite.  Last year we were treated to clear sunny skies and long, crunchy walks. The rolling hills and green pastures of this working Farm are ours to explore, whatever the weather.

The Yoga; All are Welcome :Beginner, Advanced practitioner, Pregnant Mother,  Enlightened being. The vibe is nurturing. The focus; feeling better in your body, mind and soul.
