The accommodation; newly reburbished farmhouse steading, open airy and spacious. All bedrooms with lovely ensuites. Sharing or single occupancy available.
The environment; Scotland in early Autumn is my favourite. Last year we were treated to clear sunny skies and long, crunchy walks. The rolling hills and green pastures of this working Farm are ours to explore, whatever the weather.
The Yoga; All are Welcome :Beginner, Advanced practitioner, Pregnant Mother, Enlightened being. The vibe is nurturing. The focus; feeling better in your body, mind and soul.
Those completely new to Yoga are encouraged to attend at least 3 classes or workshops with me before you sign up to this retreat. Classes can be taken online, privately or at a studio drop in class. Contact me directly to discuss more.
