Not to mention the tight hamstrings and backache!
Yoga is a space in life to step off the treadmill; calm the mind, heal the body and reconnect with what makes us feel whole and happy.
I teach Hatha, Yoga for cancer, Prenatal Yoga, and Inner Axis.
